We are very happy with our purchase from Quadra, especially as first-time home buyers! Ledgeview I offers more features than the competition which we really appreciate and enjoy, such as a spacious bedroom (we were able to add custom built-in office space beside the queen size bed!) double vanity (very useful on those busy mornings), built-in safe, heated bathroom floors, built-in toe kick lighting, fog free mirrors, built-in medicine cabinet, gas stove, gas hookup for BBQ and unit was also portable AC-ready which is a very useful feature for us as we use our AC much more than baseboard heating! I just wish fridge was bigger for more space for my custom cakes. Ledgeview I also has great customer service team which has helped us patiently in multiple ways since we moved in!

We have been owners at Forest Ridge for almost 3 years now and just love it here. Sure, there were a few issues found after we moved in but the Homeowner Portal system of reporting problems was easy to use and all the issues were addressed by the appropriate tradespeople within a reasonable timeframe. The Homeowners Guide book which was supplied has been a great help for reference and for ongoing maintenance. A couple of great amenities that we really appreciate are the heated bathroom floors, the upgraded appliances and the Lumon solarium windows. It is nice to be able to open up the solarium up in summer. The grounds and courtyard are lovely. We make use of the gym and common meeting room for ping pong, foosball and the library.
